Vladimir I. Zhukov Member of Management Board, Chief Financial Officer Vladimir Zhukov – member of the Board (Chief Financial and Legal Officer) Born in 1970 in Anzhero-Sudzhensk, Kemerovo region. In 1990 he began working at Sudzhenskaya mine as an electrician, and stayed there until 1991. Prior to that, he was doing his military service in the USSR Airborne Forces from 1988 until 1990. In 1996 Vladimir Zhukov graduated summa cum laude from the State University of Kemerovo, with a degree in law. In 1996 he joined Koks, OAO (Kemerovo) as a legal counsel, and following a series of roles in the company he became Legal Deputy General Director. Since 2004 he has been Deputy General Director of the Management Company for corporate, legal, and investment policies.
