Evgeny Borisovich Zubitskiy was born in 1968 in Kemerovo.
Graduated from Moscow State University of Trade and Commerce.
After doing his military service in 1989, he started his career at Kemerovo coke-chemical plant as a gas man. He worked in a variety of roles until he took up his appointment as Commercial Director.
Evgeny Zubitskiy held the post of Deputy General Director of RK Metal, ZAO from 1998 to 1999. He joined Tulachermet, OAO as Deputy General Director, subsequently took up the position of General Director, and was with the company until 2000.
Since May 2001 he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tulachermet, OAO.
Since January 2003 Evgeny Zubitskiy has been General Director of Industrial Metallurgical Holding, the Management Company, OOO.
