Alexander Shchendrygin — Deputy Chairman of the Board (Vice-President) Born in 1961 in Novo-Troitsk of Altai region. After doing his military service he studied in Kuzbass Polytechnical Institute. He graduated from the institute and gained a PhD degree in Technical Sciences. In 1997-2000 he worked as a deputy general director of OAO Kuzbassugol.
