Sergey N. Dyakov was born in 1961 in Leninsk-Kuznetskiy, Kemerovo region. After graduating from Polytechnic Institute of Kuzbas, he started his career at Priroda design-engineering Institute as a processing engineer. Sergey Dyakov joined Kemerovo coke-chemical plant in 1985 as an equipment operator of by-product recovery plant, and following a series of roles he became become Managing Director.
