Industrial Metallurgical Holding the Management Company established in 2002 manages several metallurgical mills, coke plant and coking coal mines. The principal companies under management are OAO Tulachermet (the largest global exporter of merchant pig iron), OAO Koks (number one merchant coke supplier in Russia) and a large European producer of stainless and special steel long and flat products - Slovenian Steel Group.

The company builds up a vertically integrated system of social, economic, industrial and technological relationships. It acquires, develops and modernizes coke plants, coal-mining and metallurgical enterprises as well as metallurgical powder and cast-iron production assets. The implementation of environment protection, social responsibility, interaction and collaboration with the local authorities represent the priorities of the company.
